Hugh Ryall Seminars of Columbia, SC School of Real Estate originally opened as Hugh Ryall Seminars in 1995.  Hugh and Carol Ryall opened the SC real estate school with the basic belief that; “You need a solid foundation to have a successful Real Estate career in South Carolina and to survive the tempests and storms you find in any profession.”   Their second guiding principle was the desire to provide their students with the widest variety of classes and benefits they could possibly assemble. To the new real estate pre-license student, as well as the experienced real estate agent, they bring over fifty years of successful “on-the-street” business and real estate experience.

The Real Estate School's first goal is to give real estate Pre-License students all of  the necessary information to successfully pass the SC LLR Real Estate Commission Exam in an easily understandable and interesting manner.   Our prelicense classes are offered in several different schedules to accommodate student's preferences.  You can attend mornings only for four weeks, all day for two weeks, or evenings for eight weeks. 

Once you have passed the Real Estate License Exam then Hugh Ryall Seminars offers  an unsurpassed  varietyof Real Estate MCE and Designation Courses designed to follow you throughout your career, to assist you in improving both your Real Estate professionalism & your income along the way.
