Our SC real estate school is accredited by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission as an approved educational providers for all categories of real estate education.  We are also an approved provider of Continuing Education for the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.  Hugh Ryall Seminars School Director, Hugh Ryall, is also the only SC real estate school instructor serving on the South Carolina Real Estate Commission Investigative and Review Board. Hugh, a certified DREI (Distinguished Real Estate Instructor as awarded by the Real Estate Educators Association) is an inductee to the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council Hall of Fame and was selected as the Real Estate Educator of the Year by the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®.
